*All local data usage will be capped at 10 Mbps and reduced to 1.5 Mbps upon reaching 10 GB of data usage within a single billing period. All roaming data usage will be restricted to 1.5 Mbps and reduced to 512 Kbps after 5 GB. Once thresholds have been met, customers may experience slower than normal data speeds. Lifeline is a government assistance program and the service is non-transferable. Only eligible consumers may enroll in the program; documentation is required for enrollment and on-going eligibility. Individual Eligibility
You qualify for a discount if you participate in any ONE of these government benefit programs:
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
- Medicaid
- Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA)
- Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI)

Household Eligibility
A household is a group of people that share income and expenses.
- You are only allowed to get one Lifeline discount per household.

How to show you are eligible:
You may need to show proof that you qualify for Lifeline, such as:
- A copy of your SNAP or program letter
- A copy of your pay stub or tax return to prove your income is at or below 135% of the federal poverty guidelines.
